Last Friday Sixten & I spent alone - Jürgen went to a fall party at HMS - so I thougt of making something special to eat. We had salmon, aspargues potatoes and ovenbaked beets as main course and for desert we did this:

This chocolate sauce is the most classic chocolate sauce in Sweden! It looked the same, when I was a child 30 years ago. It tastes heavenly! Our desert: vanilla icecream, bananas and choclate sauce - simple & good!

Had some friends over för dinner - bbq - and it was so nice to see them again. In the summertime everything is so much easier. Sitting outside, children playing in the garden. A perfect night if it wasn't for the mosquitos :-(...
