You can use the most fruits. I used bananas, apples, kiwis and raspberries. Then you put "riven/geriebene" white choclate on it and straigt to the oven/grill/salamander until the choclate gets dark! Eat with vanilla icecream! Delicious!! The course got it's name from the restaurant Gino where it was served the first time back in the 80ies!
I saw these agora in a Ecco store in Aachen and wanted to but them all, but it was 31 degrees......
Today we're eating our own potatoes. Yippie yeah!
Had some friends over för dinner - bbq - and it was so nice to see them again. In the summertime everything is so much easier. Sitting outside, children playing in the garden. A perfect night if it wasn't for the mosquitos :-(...
