Last Friday Sixten & I spent alone - Jürgen went to a fall party at HMS - so I thougt of making something special to eat. We had salmon, aspargues potatoes and ovenbaked beets as main course and for desert we did this:

This chocolate sauce is the most classic chocolate sauce in Sweden! It looked the same, when I was a child 30 years ago. It tastes heavenly! Our desert: vanilla icecream, bananas and choclate sauce - simple & good!

Where at the beach drinking coffee one Friday afternoon in September. Before we went, Jürgen & Sixten went to the blue bakery and Sixten picked this himself. He's got a sweet tooth, but I wonder from whom he got it...
